Majesty and Awe! What a thrill to be in the presence of such a majestic beast. “Awe” is part of the experience and fear, no,make that respect. And joy - what a thrill. WHAT A PRIVILEGE!

Although that’s not me in the photo and that’s not “my” whale shark, I have enjoyed that experience, that thrill. Thanks to the generosity and love of my sister my most recent diving experience was diving off the island of Cozumel near the Yucatan peninsula of  Mexico. This trip was a “graduation present” and no one has ever gotten a more appreciated one. You’ll hear more about this trip, my dives in Cozumel as well as my dives around the world but I thought I would initiate my new blog with this “whale” of an introduction.
